Abstract
המאמר בוחן מבחינה אמפירית האם המאפיינים המוסדיים של ועדת חקירה משפיעים על אמון הציבור בדוח הוועדה, והאם אמון בדוח משפיע על המידה שבה יקבל הציבור את הממצאים ביחס לאירוע הנחקר, וזאת בהתבסס על המקרה של ועדת וינוגרד.
