Abstract
המאמר עומד על השינויים שחלו בבית המשפט העליון וטוען שהם פרי השינויים החברתיים-פוליטיים בישראל ומשרתים את ערכי הדמוקרטיה תוך קידום זכויות האדם, שלטון החוק ומניעת שרירות. הם גם תורמים להפרדת רשויות במשמעות של איזונים ובלמים ולמאבק בשחיתות ובנורמות שלטוניות פסולות
