Abstract
המאמר עוסק בדרך שבה דיני הבטחת הכנסה (הנורמות הקבועות בחוק ודרך יישומן על ידי הביורוקרטיה ובתי הדין לעבודה) משפיעים על שילובן של נשים הנתמכות בגמלאות הבטחת ההכנסה בשוק העבודה. לטענת המחבר, דיני הבטחת הכנסה מתעלמים מאורח חייהן של נשים, וממעמדן בשוק העבודה, וכתוצאה מכך מובילים לפגיעה בזכותן של נשים, מוחלשות כלכלית, לשווין הזדמנויות בכל הנוגע להשתלבות בשוק העבודה ולהתקדמות בו
