Abstract
האמצעי המשפטי המתאים להטרדה מינית הוא דין נזקי או דינים משמעתיים. כך גם נהוג בארה"ב ובהצלחה מרובה. טיפול משולב זה עשוי להביא לשינוי חברתי, להבדיל מחוק פלילי, שבו יש להשתמש במקרים חריגים. המאמר פורסם גם בקובץ "מילים מטרידות: סוגיות בהטרדה מינית מילולית", המכון הישראלי לדמוקרטיה, 2011, עמ' 315-345.
