Abstract
מטרת המאמר לבחון את ההצדקה ל"זכות לעבוד" ואת השאלה אם יש בסיס לעיגון חוקתי של זכות זו. המחבר קובע כי הזכות לעבוד משקפת את חשיבות העבודה לפרט מבחינה אישית וחברתית, וככזו היא מהווה מרכיב חשוב בהגנה על כבוד האדם וחירותו ובמתן תוכן לערך בסיסי זה
