Abstract
המאמר מציג סדרת ממצאים שיהוו מצע לדיון בדבר תהליכי שעתוק חברתי ומצויינות מדעית באקדמיה. המחברים בוחנים את ההרכב החברתי של אוכלוסיית הדוקטורנטים ואת המנגנונים המייצרים את ההטיה העדתית בהשכלה הגבוהה בישראל.
