Abstract
מטרת המאמר לבחון את ההשפעה ההדרגתית של ההכרה בזכויות האדם על המשפט הפרטי, בעיקר מאז חקיקתם של חוק יסוד: כבוד האדם וחירותו וחוק יסוד: חופש העיסוק. המאמר מתמקד בדיני החוזים ודיני הנזיקין הן בשל מרכזיותם והן בשל הקירבה הרבה ביניהם. (מתוך המאמר)
