במאמר זה בודק המחבר באספקלריה של המשפט הישראלי, את העקרונות והיסודות של אספקט אחד של חופש המצפון והדת: זכותו של היחיד להגנה מפני פגיעה בחופש המצפון והדת שלו ע"י קביעת חובת היזקקות לרשויות דתיות, כפיית נורמות דתיות והטלת הגבלות מטעמי דת. (תקציר מתוך המאמר)
