Abstract
משהו רקוב מאוד קרה בלבה של הדמוקרטיה בישראל. החקיקה בידי נבחרי הציבור מושמת פלסטר ומנוצלת לרעה על-ידי הממשלה ללא בקרה ופיקוח. באמצעות חוק ההסדרים מבצעת הממשלה מחטפים המעמידים בסכנה את שילטון החוק ואת ערכי היסוד של הדמוקרטיה
