Abstract
אנשים רבים המצדדים בענישה גופנית לילדים מגייסים את ההלכה היהודית ומסתמכים עליה לשם הוכחת טענותיהם. אלא שבכך הם עושים עוול גדול ליהדות, כיוון שהיא מתנגדת נמרצות לאלימות כשיטה חינוכית ומתנערת ממנה במילים מפורשות. (מתוך המאמר)
