Abstract
שאלות המחקר שעניינו אותי היו כיצד מעוצבות הפרקטיקות של מורים המתמודדים בכיתה עם הוראת פלוגתות ומהן המתודות הדומיננטיות שמפעילים המורים. מתוך כך עולה השאלה כיצד סוגי פרקטיקות אלו עשויות לקדם בצורה מיטבית דיון פורה בפלוגתות.
