Abstract
במאמר מבקשות המחברות להציע מסגרת מושגית לחשיבה מעמיקה על מהותו, מימושו ויישומו של כלל הייצוג ההולם בתעסוקה בהקשר של אנשים עם מוגבלויות בישראל, ולהצביע על תרומתו לדיון של ייצוג הולם בכלל בדיני העבודה.
