Abstract
פרופ' שלמה חסון משלב את שני ההיבטים - הפוליטי והאורבני - ומציג גישה שיש בה חלוקה פוליטית לצד אחדות תפקודית של העיר. חסון שולל את המדיניות הנוכחית של הממשלה והעירייה ומזהיר מפני השלכותיה החמורות. ללא שידוד מערכות רעיוני המוכן להמיר סיסמאות תכנוניות בפרגמטיזם אורבני - לא תהיה תקומה לירושלים.
