Abstract
לאחרונה עלתה על סדר היום סוגיית ההעסקה של עובדים דרך חברות קבלן וכוח אדם. סטודנטים מהקליניקה לרווחה תעסוקתית באוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים, עקבו אחר עובדי ועובדות הניקיון שנשכרו על ידי קבלן לעבודה במשרדי הממשלה. המאמר דן באופן העסקתם של עובדים דרך חברות כוח אדם.
