Abstract
המאמר עוסק בפסק-הדין השני שניתן בעניין חוק האזרחות. המחבר מצר על כך שעמדת הביניים של השופטת ארבל, המבחינה בין תחולת החוק על בני-זוג תושבי מדינות אויב לבין בני-זוג תושבי השטחים, לא אומצה על-ידי רוב השופטים.
