Abstract
מסמך המסכם המלצות למדיניות בהיבטים שונים הקשורים למניעת אלימות ולהתמודדות אתה. המסמך מתבסס על המשותף למדינת ישראל ולמדינות רבות בעולם ועל תובנות שהתגבשו בנוגע למצב המיוחד של מערכת החינוך הישראלית. הוא מבוסס על מאמרים מהספרות המדעית-מקצועית ועל מסמכי מדיניות מהארץ ומהעולם. המסמך כולל המלצות, מסמכי מדיניות וחוזרי מנכ"ל רלוונטיים, ונועד להדגיש היבטים חשובים ולהביאם לדיון ציבורי.
