Abstract
מחבר המאמר טוען כי לסולידריות תפקיד חשוב מזה שנוהגים לייחס לה, בעיקר במשפט, כי בישראל קיימת חולשה מובנית בכל הנוגע לסולידריות כלל אזרחית וסולידריות כלל אנושית. מחבר המאמר מציג מחשבות ראשוניות להתמודדות עם בעיה זו.
