Abstract
המאמר סוקר יוזמות חקיקה שונות, אשר חלקן כבר נתקבלו, המאיימות, לדעת המחברים, לפגוע במהותה של ישראל כדמוקרטיה (כמו חוק הנאמנות וועדות הקבלה). לאור יוזמות אלו, מציינים המחברים כי עקרון שלטון הרוב איננו מבטיח דמוקרטיה במובנה המהותי וקוראים ללשכה להמשיך ולהשמיע קולה במאבק נגד יוזמות אלה.
