Abstract
עקרון המידתיות הוא עקרון מרכזי במשפט הציבורי. לעקרון זה שלושה מבחנים: קשר רציונלי, אמצעי מינימלי ואיזון של נזק מול תועלת. מאמר זה מבקש להראות כיצד מבחנים אלו משמשים הלכה למעשה בהקשרים רבים של דיני העבודה, כולל במגזר הפרטי.
