Abstract
This note salutes Justice’s Rivlin major contribution to the development and enhancement of Israeli tort law. It exemplifies this tremendous contribution by discussing how Justice Rivlin solved major problems that plagued Israeli tort law in creative, sophisticated and courageous ways.
