Abstract
המאמר מבקר את זיכויו של אביגדור ליברמן (ת"פ (שלום י-ם) 57926-12-12 מדינת ישראל נ’ ליברמן (6.11.13)) וטוען כי בהצטרף לזיכויו של אולמרט, הוא מחזק את המגמה של טיפול בכפפות משי באישי ציבור, אשר משפיעה על היכולת להילחם בשחיתות.
