Abstract
במאמר זה מבקש המחבר לדון בשני דברים, שיסודם בדיני טומאה וטהרה, הנוגעים לסביבותיה של העיר. הראשון בהתקנתם של בתי כיסאות למקדש העיר, במרוכז. השני, יש להקים הרחק ממזרח ירושלים שלושה מקומות מגורים נפרדים, אחד למצורעים, השני לזבים והשלישי לבעלי קריין.
