Abstract
המאמר מציג את דעת הרוב בוועדה לבחינת עבירות המתה שהגישה את מסקנותיה לשר המשפטים באוגוסט 2011. המאמר מתייחס לשתי סוגיות: הכללת האדישות בעבירה הבסיסית של רצח וסוגיית העונש על רצח בנסיבות מחמירות.
