Abstract
חוק ההזנה בכפייה שאושר לאחרונה בכנסת פוגע בישראל כמדינת חוק המחויבת לכבוד האדם. יש משהו פרדוקסלי בניסיונות של המדינה להגן על תדמיתה באמצעים הכרוכים בפגיעה בזכויות אדם. אלה ניסונות המכשילים את עצמם משום שהם עצמם פוגעים בתדמיתה של המדינה. חמור מזה, הם פוגעים בדמותה. (מתוך המאמר)
