Abstract
המאמר עוסק בפסק הדין בעניינו של אהוד אולמרט. לטענת המחברים, פסק הדין מהווה מפנה מסוכן, שכן משמעותו היא שניתן להאשים את עוזריו של נבחר הציבור במעשי שחיתות המבוצעים עבורו, כשנבחר הצבור רוחץ בניקיון כפיו משום ש"לא שמע, לא ראה ולא ידע".
