Abstract
In Chapters 10 and 11 we used the modular approach to compare health systems in two ways. In one, we dealt with countries which are similar over several modules while diverging widely in one module. In the other, we based our comparison on a larger array of modules, attempting to characterize health systems more completely. For both approaches, we assumed that each module shares the same content validity across various countries
