Abstract

A 5-year-old girl with acute abdomen was diagnosed as suffering from hydrops of the gallbladder (HGB). She had typical clinical and laboratory characteristics of HGB including ultrasonography and radionuclide butylimidodiacetic acid (BIDA) scan.
