Abstract

We generate transform-limited WDM optical sampling pulse streams, as an alternative to time-stretched optical sampling in photonically-assisted analog-to-digital conversion applications. A single LCoS processor used as a biased pulse shaper arrangement compresses and retimes user-selectable bandwidths from an optical short pulse source.
