Abstract

We study the microwave surface resistance RS and reactance XS of YBCO epitaxial films with and without weak links at 5.5 GHz in magnetic fields up to 1 T. At high fields in the vortex regime RS(H) and XS(H) strongly depend on field orientation for all the films. In the presence of weak links Rs(H) and XS(H) increase in low fields but do not depend on the field orientation.
