Abstract

The authors regret that the Acknowledgments section of the published article omitted the following sentence: “This work was carried out as part of the requirements of the Hebrew University–Hadassah School of Medicine in Jerusalem for the M.D. degree.” The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
