Abstract

This final report on contract HSM 110-69-411 describes the scope and content of prior reports submitted on the project. Outcome measures related to 'good' health service, and models and mathematical methods for the formulation and analysis of cost effectiveness and cost benefit problems are described and discussed. The feasibility of conducting cost effectiveness and cost benefit studies for AMHT systems is also discussed. Literature relative to outcome measures, system models, mathematical methods, and data sources related to the types of analyses required for AMHT are cited and discussed.
