Abstract
A biography is presented of German Zionist judge and lawyer Sammy Gronemann. The author discusses the immigration of Gronemann to Israel in 1936, examines Gronemann's philosophy on the statelessness of the Jewish people, and offers information on the integration of Gronemann into Israeli society. Gronemann's rise to fame among Israeli Jews after the 1920 publication of the book "Tohuwabohu," is analyzed and his literary legacy is described.
