Abstract

Polarization switching and dielectric spectroscopy have been studied in KTiOPO₄ and KTiOAsO₄ crystals. Spontaneous polarization and coercive fields have been measured. Periodically poled domain structure has been fabricated in KTA plates for optical parametric oscillation in the mid-infrared region.
