Abstract

We propose a method for creating high-quality polarization-entangled photon pairs by designing the photons’ Joint spectral amplitude (JSA) utilizing a domain-engineered nonlinear crystal and SPDC, with an extremely simple single-filter setup, without requiring post-selection.
