Abstract

An equivalence between dynamical symmetries and tune-dependent constants of the motion is demonstrated. The latter, employed as the constraints in the maximum formalism for evolving mechanical systems, are related therefore to invariance properties of the system Just as for the stationary (equilibrium) case.
