Abstract

ESR of Nd⁺³ in various d band cubic AB₂ compounds is reported. The measurements yield information about (a) the exchange parameters, (b) the crystalline field, (c) the hyperfine constants, (d) the superconducting state of the type II superconductors CeRu₂ and ThRu₂.
