Abstract

There are two typos in this paper which do not affect any of the results: (i) Equation (9) should read L^k _n,m = (L⁺)_n,m + nkδ_n,m . (ii) Equation (12): the sign in front of the square root should be minus. We thank Professor Claude Godr'che for pointing out the second typo.
