Abstract

Section 2.2 of our manuscript includes a proof that E = 0. In fact, this proof is valid only for n > 0. One obtains E = 0 for n < 0 as well, but a correct proof is different. This omission did not affect any of our results. The corrected version of the manuscript is available on arXiv:1911.06668.
