Abstract

On 05.11.2021 the RAM-I model rocket was launched for its first test flight by the Hebrew University Rocketry Club. During its flight, the rocket reached an altitude of 690 ± 20 m and peak velocity of 0. 35 ± 0. 01 Mach. We achieved successful parachute deployment, and real-time telemetry was achieved. This successful flight is a major landmark for three challenging years of the club’s activity.
