Abstract
A first four-body Faddeev-Yakubovsky calculation for ∧∧4H was performed using NN and ∧N interaction potentials that fit the available data on the relevant subsystems. No bound state was obtained for ∧∧4H over a wide range of ∧∧ interaction strengths. This nonbinding originated from the relatively weak ∧N interaction.
