Abstract

We demonstrate ihaL in most Alcxandrov surfaces of curvature bounded below, most points are not interior to any geodesic Thus, these surfaces are not Ricmannian, in contrast to the "almost Ricmannian" structure found by Otsu-Shioya in any Alcxandrov space [6].
