Abstract
In-plane and c-axis resistivities of HOPG/BF3/F2 were studied as a function of temperature and intercalant concentration. The charge transfer was estimated from reflectivity measurements. The in-plane residual resistivity, the charge transfer and the repeat distances allow estimation of the mean free path (domain size). Various models for the c-axis resistivity are discussed.
