High responsivity MoSe2 photodetector integrated in Si3N4 waveguide for quantum application

Abstract

We demonstrate experimentally an integrated photoconductor for visible frequencies based on MoSe2. We report a peak responsivity of ~30A/W for a wavelength of 780nm, which is ideal for on-chip integration with Rubidium atomic vapor.
