Abstract

The issues of ∑-hypernuclear level widths, isospin mixing in ∑ hypernuclei, and the ∑-nuclear spin-orbit coupling are discussed in the light of recent observations of ∑-hypernuclear levels in K^- initiated reactions on ¹²C and ¹⁶O.
