Abstract

Δ⁶-Tetrahydrocannabinol-C-4′-glucuronide was found in the livers of mice that had been administered Δ-tetrahydrocannabinol. Thus, C-glucuronidation of a compound that contains a free hydroxyl group has been demonstrated in vivo.
