Abstract

(1-x)PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3-xPbTiO3, [100]-oriented relaxor ferroelectric crystals were studied by means of dielectric and acoustic emission methods in dependence on temperature and under ac measuring electric field with several values and frequencies. The dependence of temperature of dielectric constant maximum on and without ac field value and frequency was plotted. Also a scatter of the temperature of dielectric constant maximum was calculated in dependence on ac field frequency. Such the phenomenon was discussed from a point of view of growth of the polar nanoregions on cooling.
