Abstract

Cationic liposomes have been used extensively for in vitro and in vivo gene and oligonucleotide delivery. Recent studies have shown that the ondocytic pathway plays an important role in the internali/ation process. However, it remains to be clarified whether fusion of rationic lipids with negatively charged cell membranes is also involved in the deli.
