Abstract
A case of Gaucher's disease in an elderly Ashkenazi Jewish woman, with diffuse mandibular involvement at post mortem, is presented. The literature on this subject is reviewed and it has been suggested that more attention be paid to oral radiological findings in this disease since it may be confused with other conditions. The jaw involvement in Gaucher's disease seems to be more frequent than is recorded.
