Abstract
The M1 amplitudes are calculated for transitions between Λ7He states. If the spin-dependent part Δ of the ΛN central interaction exceeds 0.25 MeV, neither ( 3 2+) nor ( 5 2+) states of Λ7He will be isomeric; for Δ < 0.12 MeV, both states will be isomeric. For intermediate Δ, the isomeric state is the third state of Λ7He, with spin ( 5 2+). Angular correlation studies are proposed to determine the isomer spin directly.
