Abstract
Khirbat al-Lawza consists of buildings around a courtyard and a water reservoir set on three terraces. An associated agricultural territory was partly irrigated. It is identified as the agricultural farming estate of a Frankish landlord, or as a farm managed by an estate official of an ecclesiastical body in the twelfth century.
